Loyalty marketing allowance

This is the reward given to customers using Liven Pay. This is calculated by;

(Total Gross Sales - Brandollar Redemptions) x Reward %

Liven Platform Service Fee

This is the amount charged for using the Liven platform and you can find the rate in your contract. This is only calculated on Liven Pay transactions;

(Total Gross Sales - Brandollar Redemptions) x Agreed Service Fee.

Transaction processing fee

This is the amount Liven is charged to process transactions that are passed on to the restaurant and you can find the rate in your contract. This is only calculated on Liven Pay transactions;

(Total Gross Sales - Brandollar Redemptions) x Agreed Transaction Fee
