How do I know the breakdown between Livenpay and Brandollar transactions?
How do I know the breakdown between Livenpay and Brandollar transactions?
Updated over a week ago

Here's a simple guide to help you differentiate between these two transaction types.

Brandollar Transactions

Brandollar transactions, also known as Brandollar Redemptions found in your statements, represent the utilization of Brandollars during the statement period. These are the Brandollars that were redeemed by your customers when making purchases.

Liven Pay Transactions

On the other hand, Liven Pay transactions are found within the total gross sales processed through Liven during the statement period. Total gross sales include all transactions conducted via Liven Pay and Foodollars.

To differentiate between Liven Pay and Brandollar transactions, use the following formula:

  • Brandollar Transactions = Brandollar Redemptions

  • Liven Pay Transactions = Total Gross Sales - Brandollar Redemptions

By understanding these distinctions, you can gain valuable insights into your business's financial activities and effectively manage your revenue streams.
