This dashboard highlights users with the highest engagement levels, focusing on frequent Brandollar credit purchases or redemptions. Metrics like lifetime credit transactions are used to pinpoint top-performing users, enabling tailored engagement strategies and reward programs.
2. Calculating Average Purchase and Redemption Metrics
The dashboard calculates average credit purchases and redemptions per user by dividing total transactions by the number of unique users. These insights inform pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and reward allocations to boost user engagement.
