The Liven app is now Nomni Loyalty (formerly Liven). Your rewards are called Nomni Rewards. This page answers the most common questions about your balance, paying with rewards, and promo codes.
What changed?
The name changed. Liven is now Nomni Loyalty, and Liven Rewards and Liven credit are now Nomni Rewards. You still sign in with the same email or mobile number you used for Liven.
Where can I see my balance?
Open the Nomni Loyalty app and sign in.
Go to your Wallet.
Your Rewards Balance shows there, with any venue-specific balances (Brandollars) listed separately.
You can also view your transaction history from the Wallet. See View your transaction history.
My balance is missing or shows $0
Check these first:
Are you signed in to the right account? Go to Account > Edit Profile and check the email and mobile number. Many missing balances are on a second account made with a different email or number.
Is it a venue balance? Brandollars bought for one brand (for example a venue's own dollars) show under that venue, not in your general Rewards Balance.
Update the app to the latest version, then sign out and back in.
Still missing? Message us from the app or this page with your account email and mobile, the venue, the balance you expected, and when you last used it. We'll check your account.
How do I pay with my rewards in store?
Open the venue's page in the Nomni Loyalty app.
Turn the Rewards Balance toggle ON.
Tap Pay Now.
Your rewards are used first. Anything above your balance is charged to your card. More detail: Using Nomni Loyalty to pay at venues and Paying when your balance runs out.
Why won't a venue accept my rewards?
Brandollars only work at that brand. They can't be spent at other venues.
The venue may have exclusions. See venue terms and exclusions.
The venue may no longer be on Nomni Loyalty. If a venue in the app says it doesn't take Nomni Loyalty, tell us the venue name and branch so we can check it and look at your options.
The payment didn't go through. See I couldn't pay with Nomni. Keep your receipt.
Promo codes
Check the promo's terms in the app before you pay. Some promos are valid for one transaction only.
Gift cards
Gift cards and vouchers bought from a venue's own website or POS are run by that venue. Contact the venue first, or check Voucher or gift card not redeeming.
