Liven does not charge or initiate cash advance fees; these fees are entirely controlled by your bank—in this case, The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank). While Liven does not support this practice, we have no control over it.

Important Details:

• Cash advance fees are not applied to CommBank debit cards or credit cards from other financial institutions.

• We suggest using a CommBank debit card or a credit card from another bank to avoid these charges.

Tip: Contact CommBank and enquire about the cash advance fees on this payment. Explain the nature of your purchase and request a reversal of the fee.
