Why do you need to set a fallback payment method?

Without any fallback payment method linked to the app, regardless even if you have Brandollars in your account or Liven Rewards in your wallet, payment will not push through. A fallback or backup payment method can help reduce cart abandonment or unsuccessful transactions.

You can add more than one (1) card but it is important to set a default fallback payment method to be able to use Liven to transact and pay for your meal.

This example above does not have a set default payment so this means that it won't be able to use Brandollars at all. When paying at the restaurant, it will not even get a pop-up for the payment code that usually has a letter and a number.

This will not pop up at all.

In order to fix this, you must set up a default payment method.

Here is how.
