Quick answer: Open the Liven app and go to your profile. Tap Edit Profile . Then follow the steps below.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your Liven account yourself, straight from the app.
Open the Liven app and go to your profile.
Tap Edit Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Read the notice. If the app asks, enter your current password.
Tap Delete my account.
You'll see a message that says Account has been deleted.
What happens when you delete your account
Your account is deactivated straight away and permanently deleted after 30 days.
Any Brandollars and rewards on the account are lost. If you still have a balance, use it before you delete.
You can't sign up again with the same email address, and your @handle can't be used again.
Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days at support@nomni.ai and we can reinstate your account.
Deleting your account doesn't unsubscribe you from promotional emails. Use the Unsubscribe link in the email.
Can't delete in the app?
If you can't get into the app, email support@nomni.ai with the subject line "NOMNI ACCOUNT DELETION". Send it from the email address the account is registered with, and include your phone number and your Liven username so we can find the account. Please also confirm that your account is with Liven and not another app.
