Quick answer: Customer Accounting sorts your Nomni Loyalty members by how recently they bought: new, existing, resurrected, or soft, hard or dead churned. Use it to track retention. It's under Loyalty in Insights > Alpha.
Open the report

Member statuses
Status | What it means |
New user | Their first week of activity. |
Existing transacted | Bought this week and last week. |
Resurrected | Bought again after 2 or more weeks with no purchases. |
Soft churned | No purchases for 2 to 4 weeks in a row. |
Hard churned | No purchases for exactly 5 weeks in a row. |
Dead churned | No purchases for 6 or more weeks in a row. |
No activity | Anyone who doesn't fit the statuses above. |
These are the standard thresholds. Your report may use different ones if they were set up for your brand.
