Quick answer: these reports are under POS in Insights > Alpha. Use Catering Pre-Order Summary for catering orders, Product Sold Out for how long items were sold out online, Modifiers for modifier sales, and Basket Analysis for items bought together.
Open a report
Go to console.nomni.ai and sign in.
In the left menu, click Insights, then Alpha.
Under POS, click Catering Pre-Order Summary.
Set the filters at the top. The report updates as you change them.
The reports
Report | What it shows |
Catering Pre-Order Summary | Catering orders, as a product summary and as invoice product details. Filters: Reporting Group, Store Name, Source Platform (Catering), Order Type Name, Order Creation Date, Pickup Time. |
Product Sold Out | How long each product was sold out on Nomni Ordering, in the venue's local time. Filters: Reporting Group, Store name, Date (default yesterday), Product Category, Product Name. |
Modifiers | Modifier sales. Filters: Reporting Group, Date Key (default last 7 days), Company Name, Product Category Name, Product Name, Product Variant Group Name, Modifier Name. |
Basket Analysis | Which products are bought together, as a heat map. Filters: Reporting Group, Date Range (default last 30 days), Store Name, Item A, Item B. |
Good to know
If sold-out times look out of date, send us the product and the date.
For exact Basket Analysis figures, ask us. We can explain how a pair of items is scored.
