Liven Insights User Guide – First Time Login

This guide covers the essential steps for setting up and accessing Liven Insights for the first time.

1. User Account Creation

  1. Account Registration:

    • You will receive an email from Liven with a link to register your account.

    • Fill in the following details:

      • First Name

      • Last Name

2. First Time Login

  1. Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

    • Scan the QR Code provided to enable 2FA.

    • Use the Google Authenticator App (or another authenticator app) to scan the QR code and generate a verification code.

    • Enter the generated code to complete the setup.

4. Homepage After Successful Login

  • Once you log in, you will see the homepage of Liven Insights.

5. Navigating to the Default Dashboard Folder

  • Go to the folder containing the default dashboard configured for your account.
