Quick answer: the Procure reports in Insights > Alpha show cost of goods (COGS), your Recipes and outlet Inventory from Nomni Procure.
Open a Procure report
Go to console.nomni.ai and sign in.
In the left menu, click Insights, then Alpha.
Under Procure, click COGS.
Set the filters at the top. The report updates as you change them.
What you should see: the "COGS Report" table for the last 15 days.
The reports
Report | What it shows |
COGS | Daily cost of goods by outlet, built from your stock counts, wastage, transfers and expected usage from sales. Filters: Reporting Group, Outlet Name, Company Name, Shelve Name, Product Name, Region, Report Date (default last 15 days) and opening and closing ranges. |
Recipes | Your recipes. Filters: Reporting Group, Recipe Name, Recipe Last Modified Date (default last 90 days). |
Inventory | Products held at each outlet ("Outlet Inventory Products"). Filters: Reporting Group, Store Name, Status. |
Good to know
Use COGS to watch food cost, not to cash up the till.
