Quick answer: Sales by Payment Method shows sales split by how customers paid, such as cash or card. It's under POS in Insights > Alpha and opens on the last 7 days.
Open the report
Go to console.nomni.ai and sign in.
In the left menu, click Insights, then Alpha.
Under POS, click Sales by Payment Method.
Set the filters at the top. The report updates as you change them.
What you should see: the "Sales by Payment Method" chart.
Filters
Filter | What it does |
Date Key | Defaults to the last 7 days. |
Reporting Group | The brand or group of venues. |
Payment Method | One or more payment methods. |
Company Name | The venue. |
Why it may not match your Tender Report
Insights groups payments by hour and day in the venue's local time. A shift report can start and end at different times.
Check you've picked the same venues and dates.
