Quick answer: To pay with rewards, open the venue in the app, tap Pay, turn on the switch next to your rewards (shown as Liven Rewards) and tap Pay; anything not covered goes on your backup card. Check your balance under Wallet, and send rewards to friends for free using their @handle.

Every time you pay with the Nomni Loyalty app at a participating venue, you earn rewards at no extra cost. You even earn rewards when you pay with your rewards!

The app still shows some older names. Your rewards balance appears as Liven Rewards (on iPhone the screen is called Liven Rewards Balance). It's the same balance.

Your rewards are accepted at all participating Nomni Loyalty venues. The rewards you earn eating burgers in the city can pay for wine on the river. You can't use rewards to buy Brandollars.

When the rewards switch is on, your rewards balance is used first and only the rest is charged to your backup payment method. You can also turn this on or off from your wallet, where you manage your payment methods.

Open Wallet in the app. Wallet balance shows what you can spend: your Brandollars (for specific venues) and your rewards (usable at any participating venue).

Lifetime rewards is the total you've earned since you joined. It isn't what you can spend right now, so don't rely on it for your current balance.

You can send rewards to anyone on Nomni Loyalty for free, using their @handle.

First, you need your own handle. If you haven't set one, the app asks you to Choose a handle. It must be 6 to 19 characters, and it can't be changed once it's set. You may need to verify your mobile number first.

And you're done! Larger transfers may need a manual check, which can take a few minutes.
