Change of mind returns: You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to inform us of a change of mind and request a refund on your Foodollars.
Outside of this time window, we will exercise absolute discretion over whether to provide you a Foodollar refund. Some exceptions are below:
What if I purchased a Foodollar for the wrong city, the wrong venue, or even the wrong brand?

Help! I went to the restaurant that my Foodollars are valid for, and they refused me?
Our apologies! Liven helps its restaurant partners to better engage with their favorite diners, like yourselves. Unfortunately, we can't always guarantee that our partners will be able to accept a payment.
We'll reach out to the partner immediately to investigate, and will do our best to provide you a satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately, we're not able to guarantee anything - if payment was processed through a channel external to Liven (such as a debit or credit card) we are unlikely to be able to perform any sort of refund on your behalf.
I've seen a new campaign coming up and want to participate! But I've already got an existing package for the restaurant I've got in mind...
We love that you're so engaged with what we're doing! Foodollars don't "stack" - so you can't hold two packages for the same venue at the same time. Also, they represent a conversion into a restaurant-specific currency that the restaurants you love are depending on. As such, we don't provide refunds for this reason - but you're always welcome to eat up your credit so that you can get in on more!
I only have a little bit of Foodollars remaining. Can I just refund this instead of using it?
As above - you're welcome to eat up your credit at your leisure! Foodollars don't have an intrinsic expiry date. We don't provide refunds for this reason.
I used up my Foodollars, but Liven didn't let me select which one to consume! Can I switch this after the fact?
Congratulations on chowing down on some free food! For now, we don't have this option available, but we're working on something to provide you with even more value in the future - stay tuned.
