Change of mind returns
You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to inform us of a change of mind and request a refund on your Brandollars.
Outside of this time window, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Brandollars as per Term 7.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
What if I purchased a Brandollar for the wrong city, the wrong venue, or even the wrong brand?
Please reach out to our Diner Support team! In most cases, we will be happy to assist with an honest mistake.
Help! I went to the restaurant that my Brandollars are valid for, and they refused me.
Our apologies! Liven helps its restaurant partners to better engage with their favourite diners, like yourselves. Unfortunately, restaurants use Liven platform to advertise and promote their venues and it is their responsibility to ensure they honour their commitment made to customers who bought their Brandollars.
We'll reach out to the partner immediately to investigate and will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately, we're not able to guarantee anything — if payment was processed through a channel external to Liven (such as a debit or credit card) we are unlikely to be able to perform any sort of refund on your behalf.
I've seen a new campaign coming up and want to participate! But I've already got an existing package for the restaurant I've got in mind...
We love that you're so engaged with what we're doing! You can hold multiple packages for the same venue at the same time, just keep in mind that Brandollars don't "stack".
Brandollars represent a conversion into a restaurant-specific currency that the restaurants you love are depending on. As such, we don't provide refunds for your previously bought Brandollars if you would like to buy a new package.
I only have a little bit of Brandollars remaining. Can I just refund this instead of using it?
You're welcome to eat up your credits at your leisure! Brandollars don't have an intrinsic expiry date. We don't provide refunds for this reason.
I used up my Brandollars, but I didn't select which one to consume! Can I switch this after the fact?
Congratulations on chowing down on some free food! For now, we don't have this option available, but we're working on something to provide you with even more value in the future — stay tuned.
