Why do you need to set a fallback payment method?

Without any fallback payment method linked to the app, regardless even if you have Foodollars in your account or Liven credits in your wallet, payment will not push through. A fallback or backup payment method can help reduce cart abandonment or unsuccessful transactions.

You can add more than 1 card detail but it is important to set a default fallback payment method to be able to use Liven to transact and pay for your meal.

This does not have a set default payment so this means that you won't be able to use your Foodollar at all. When paying at the restaurant, you will not even get a pop up for the payment code that usually has a letter and a number.

In order to fix this, you must set up a default payment method.
