Email templates can be useful for many purposes, and act as a form of communication between your store and your customers when it comes to matters such as order confirmation, and failure of completion for an order.

In order to edit or update or add one of the templates which live inside the OU console, follow these steps:

1. Firstly, navigate through your dashboard to the Admin section in the left-hand column, underneath you will see System Emails and within that click on Templates. Next select which template you would like to edit by expanding the dropdown within Select Email Template (or create a new template for a specific purpose).

2. You can now edit any template, with functions that allow you to centre or wrap your text, change its font, sizing and style as well as providing you with the ability to upload any images you would like.

3. Once you have finished editing the email template you were working on ensure you remember to save your changes by scrolling to the bottom and clicking on either Update & Exit Update & Continue. You may also send a test email by clicking on Send test email next to the save buttons, in order to get an idea of what the changes to your template will look like from the customer’s point of view.
