It is essential in order for your OU console to function properly, you must have the correct details of your store entered and up to date in the Location Settings, such as your:

  • ABN

  • Address

  • Phone No.

  • Email

To input or update these store details in Location Settings, please follow these steps:

1. Open up your OU Dashboard in the console and within the left hand column click on the Location Settings tab which will expand a drop-down list, one of them being Location Setup, click on that.

If you are a multi-site store, press on the Edit this Location button for the store which details you would like to update.

2. You will now be presented with all the current details that are being stored within the console, this is where you will be able to edit/update the fields for the respective store details.

Remember once you are happy with your changes, please scroll to the bottom of the page and press on the Save & Continue button.
