STEP 1: LOCATION & METHOD SETTINGS

Firstly, let’s dive into the basics. This first instructional video illustrates how to edit the essential details of your store such as your address and website, opening hours, which methods you would like to have active as well as the payment settings.

Secondly, let’s have a look at the Menu Categories & Products section of the console. In this instructional video, we explore the ways to re-organize your menu structure by changing the category order, changing the availability of certain products as well as the editing the prices for different sizing’s of a product.

STEP 3: PAYMENTS, PRINTING & HOLIDAY SETTINGS

Next, we will cover adjusting the Payments, Printing and Holiday Settings. From this video, you will discover how to set the accepted payment methods from customers, understand the functionality of your hardware printer* and what settings you can activate and lastly be able to set holiday surcharges or automatic closures.

STEP 4: DEAL SPECIALS, PROMOTIONS AND COUPON CODES

Now that we have covered the fundamentals of the console, some really helpful functions that your store can take advantage of to increase your sales is to create Deal Specials, Promotions and Coupon Codes. The video explains how you social media as well as print media can allow you to promote your store’s products through deals, or by making coupon codes available to your customers for a range of your selected products.

STEP 5: DASHBOARD, ORDERS, CUSTOMER DATA AND REPORTING

Lastly, to wrap up this onboarding and concrete your knowledge about the admin console you should be aware of how to navigate the Dashboard, the Orders section, the Customer Data section and the Reporting page. The following video walks you through how to view a snapshot of your business’s performance in the dashboard, where you can review order history of your site and view details of each order if necessary. Then the video covers how to export your customer data and how to create reports for your sales figures in a specified period.
