The pre-purchased credit balance section provides an overview of any changes in this statement period to the total pre-purchased credit balance currently owed by the merchant to Liven.

Opening Credit Balance

This is the outstanding amount of pre-purchased credit from the previous statement period.

Pre-Purchased Credits

This is the amount of pre-purchased credit obtained during the statement period and is paid separately to the merchant. Any pre-purchase credits will increase the pre-purchased credit balance owed by the merchant to Liven.

Pre-Purchased Deductions

This is the amount of pre-purchased credit repaid by each branch during the statement period. Any pre-purchase deductions will reduce the pre-purchased credit balance owed by the merchant to Liven.

Adjustments

These are adjustments made to the pre-purchased credit balance during the statement period. These adjustments may be positive or negative and typically include out-of-statement period rebates or balance corrections.

Closing Credit Balance

This is the outstanding amount of pre-purchased credit after any credits or deductions during the statement period.
