3 quick ways to fix a phone:
Charge it up!
We recommend that you keep your Liven device charging during trading hours, if not all of the time.
Turn on your Mobile Data!
Your device is connected to cellular data so make sure the data icon is turned on! If this doesn’t work, try connecting to wifi or switching off airplane mode.
Hold the power button down on the side of the phone for 5 seconds and select restart/reboot. Easy!
