Couldn't pay with Liven at your favourite spot? Here's what you can do!

Hey Liveneers,

Keith the Intern here and ready to help with any of your in-app needs. The only thing worse than a pan-fried dumpling squirting hot juice over you is when you can't pay with Liven at a listed restaurant.

Whether there was an issue with payment, or the dolphin invasion finally happened and meant you couldn't use us β€” it's not fun to pay with any method other than Liven. So I'm here with a 3-step process as to how to fix it up.

1) Get a receipt! When you present our lovely Diner Support Team a receipt of where you couldn't pay with Liven, we will make sure you get that sweet Liven Rewards you would've earned otherwise. (Please note that this does not apply to Brandollars. We only provide rewards offered by the restaurant 😁)

2) Let our Diner Support Team know. When you let us know, we will try our best to fix the issue on the spot. If we can't, we will rally the troops to sort out the issues over the next few days.

3) Don't stop believin'! Liven Rewards isn't a choice, it's a lifestyle. Keep eating and paying with Liven, and leave it up to us to make it super easy.
