Keith the Intern here and ready to help with any of your in-app needs. The only thing worse than a pan fried dumpling squirting hot juice over you, is when you can't pay with Liven at a listed restaurant.

Whether there was an issue with payment, or the dolphin invasion finally happened and meant you couldn't use us - it's not fun to pay with any method other than Liven. So I'm here with a 3 step process as to how to fix it up.

1) Get a receipt! When you present our lovely Customer Success team a receipt of where you couldn't pay with Liven, we will make sure you get that sweet LVN you would've earned otherwise.

2) Let our Customer Success team know. When you let Liven know, we will try our best to fix the issue on the spot. If we can't, we will rally the troops to sort out the issues over the next few days.

3) Don't stop believin'! LVN isn't a choice, it's a lifestyle. Keep eating and paying with Liven, and leave it up to us to make it super easy.
